At Tool Mart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if a tool doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging to ensure your home projects always have the right gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Tool Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused tool in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the tool, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
